Brent and U.S. crude futures fell on Thursday, extending earlier losses after a government report from the Energy Information Administration said crude stocks rose last week in the United States, against a forecast for a small drop.
Brent February crude fell 85 cents to $112.85 a barrel at 11:09 a.m. EST (1609 GMT), while U.S. February crude was down $1.07 at $102.15 a barrel.
